Access to your email marketing platform (such as MailBlue, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, etc.), brand assets like logos, and a short intake session to understand your audience, offer and tone of voice.

In most cases, within five business days after approval. Together we’ll plan the start date, depending on your preferences and my schedule.

Which tools do you work with, and can you also use others?

My main experience is with MailBlue (the Dutch partner of ActiveCampaign), but the principles of effective email marketing apply to every platform. Whether you use Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot or another tool, I adapt my strategy to your setup. The focus is always on results, not on the platform itself.

Terms and ConditionsArticle 1: Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
Contractor: Robbert van den Berg, located at Bernhardstraat 28, 4661 JT Halsteren, The Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 98419102.Client: Any natural or legal person who makes use of the contractor’s services.
Services: All forms of digital services provided by the contractor, including but not limited to email marketing, funnel setup, strategy, design and consultancy.
Article 2: Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all quotations, agreements and deliveries of services by the contractor.
Deviations from these terms are only valid if confirmed in writing.Article 3: Quotations and agreements
Quotations are without obligation and valid for the period specified in the quotation.
An agreement is established once the client has confirmed the quotation or invoice in writing or electronically and has paid (in full or in part).Article 4: Performance of the agreement
The contractor will carry out the agreement to the best of their knowledge and ability.
Services are provided online, primarily via email, video or meetings in Google Meet.
Article 5: Payment terms
Payment is always made in advance, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Payment is possible via invoice (Moneybird), iDeal, Bancontact, Apple Pay, credit card, debit card or PayPal (Mollie).
If the client fails to make timely payment, the contractor is entitled to suspend work until payment has been received.Article 6: Right of withdrawal
1. For digital products delivered immediately after purchase (such as free downloads or digital materials), the statutory right of withdrawal expires once delivery has started and the client has given explicit prior consent.
2. For custom or ongoing services (such as consultancy, credit packs or strategy), the right of withdrawal expires once the contractor has started performing the service.3. If a service has not yet started, the client may cancel the agreement within 14 days of its conclusion without charge.By accepting the agreement, the client acknowledges that the right of withdrawal for the mentioned services and digital products may be limited or excluded.Article 7: Liability
The contractor is not liable for direct or indirect damages, consequential loss or loss of profit arising from the use of the services.
The contractor’s liability is in all cases limited to the amount invoiced for the specific agreement.Article 8: Force majeure
The contractor is not obliged to fulfil any obligations if this is impossible due to circumstances beyond their control, including internet or email disruptions.
Article 9: Intellectual property
All works and designs delivered by the contractor remain the property of the contractor unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
The client is not permitted to reproduce, publish or resell any materials provided without the contractor’s consent.Article 10: Governing law
This agreement is governed exclusively by Dutch law.
Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Breda, The Netherlands.

2. Data processing
I process personal data of clients and visitors solely to perform my services. This includes:
- Name, address and contact details
- Company information
- Payment details
- Correspondence and appointments
- Email address for receiving downloads, updates and newsletters
3. Purposes
Personal data is used for:
- Contact and communication
- Quotations and invoicing
- Execution of agreed services
- Client relationship management through ClickUp and CRM systems
- Sending digital downloads (such as free resources, e-books or checklists)
- Sending newsletters and marketing emails (only with explicit consent)
4. Retention period
Client data is retained as long as the relationship remains active.
If a client has not used any services for more than 12 months and has not indicated continuation, the data will be deleted (with due regard to statutory tax obligations).
For newsletter subscriptions, data will be retained until the subscriber unsubscribes.
5. Third parties and processors
I use the following service providers for delivering my services and sending downloads or newsletters:
- MailBlue (email marketing and automation)
- Mollie and Moneybird (payments and invoicing)
- ClickUp (CRM and project management)
- Google Workspace (email and file management)
Data processing agreements have been concluded where required.
I never share personal data with third parties without consent, unless legally required.
6. Newsletters and downloads
When you subscribe to a free download or newsletter, your email address will be added to my mailing list.
You will only receive emails related to the download, updates, news and offers.
Each email contains an unsubscribe link that allows you to opt out immediately.
7. Security
I take appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data against loss, unauthorized access or misuse.
8. Rights of individuals
You have the right to access, correct, restrict or delete your data.
You may also object to the use of your data for marketing purposes.
